Setsuko Kamiya is web editor and head of secretariat of INSTeM. Formerly a Project Assistant Professor at the Interfaculty Initiative in Information Studies, the University of Tokyo. Before entering academia, she was a staff writer/editor at The Japan Times and a 2005 Fulbright journalist fellow.

INSTeM事務局長兼ウェブエディター。元ジャパンタイムズで記者・デスク。司法への市民参加制度に関心を持ち、法廷空間やメディア論に関する研究を行う。東京大学大学院情報学環特任助教を経て、現在INSTeM事務局長兼ウェブエディター、獨協大学非常勤講師。メディア・リテラシー教育に関心を持ち、実践中。
